How to Apply
Follow the steps to enrolment
We welcome applications at any time throughout the year. Our Admissions Team will be pleased to guide you through the application process.
STEP 1: COMPLETE THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
Applications can be submitted through our online platform.
STEP 2: PAY THE APPLICATION FEE
The application fee covers the admissions process and can be paid either in person or via bank transfer. An applicant will not be considered for admission or scheduled for an assessment until the application fee has been paid. Please note that the application fee is non-refundable.
STEP 3: SUBMIT SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
To ensure a complete application, we require the following documents for all applicants:
- School reports for the current academic year and for the previous two years
- Completed recommendation forms (see details below)
- Standardized test results (if available)
- Passport ID pages for the student and parents
- Birth certificate for student or copy of family book
- Vaccination records since birth
- Signed CIS Parent Agreement
- Signed student health questionnaire
Additional documents by grade level:
- Nursery-Senior Kindergarten - One completed and signed recommendation form from the teacher, principal or counselor.
- Grades 1-6: Two completed and signed recommendation forms: one from the homeroom teacher and one from the principal or academic counselor.
- Grades 7-12: Three completed and signed recommendation forms: one from the English teacher, one from the Math teacher, and one from the principal or academic counselor.
Additional documents may be requested based on your child's profile.
We understand that you may not be able to upload or submit all the necessary documents at once. You can save your progress and return later to complete the application. Our Admissions Team will contact you after you submit your child's application form to confirm receipt and discuss any outstanding items.
STEP 4: APPLICATION REVIEW AND ASSESSMENT
We rely on former reports and recommendations that support a student's candidacy for admissions consideration via the confidential recommendation forms. Prospective students may be assessed for their academic readiness for our learning environment and curricula. Assessments can be conducted online or in person. Students applying to Senior Kindergarten through Grade 12 may need to take an online or in-person English-language proficiency assessment.
